happened. With each passing day she comes closer to becoming a deranged animal
upon her wakening, unless Quentin and the vampire witch can wake her. Quentin also
must fight off the task force that is coming to destroy Darcy. They can't take a risk of her
becoming a monster who will ravage anyone she comes into contact with. Quentin
knows he will have to pay a high price, but he wants his Darcy back no matter what he
must promise this vampire witch. It's a race against time, but Quentin can't live without
Darcy, the only woman he has ever loved.
I have read every one of Delilah Devlin's My Immortal Knight series and I have waited
anxiously for each new story to come out. Knight of My Dreams-My Immortal Knight,
Book Seven is every bit as involving as the other six stories. I felt emotional turmoil for
Quentin and his task to save Darcy. I became attached to these characters when I read
their first story about how Quentin and Darcy come together, and the story line continues
in this book.
Quentin's grief and attempts to save Darcy just pulled at my heart for him. The passion
he and Darcy share gave him the ability to sexually satisfy the vampire witch whom he
never wanted to see again. That sex was so hot I could see why she wanted to trap him
again. This is a very impassioned story filled with the deep longing, powerful sex and
overwhelming desire that you feel in your soul for that special person who is the other
half of you. You won't want to miss this story in the 'My Immortal Knight' series. Delilah
Devlin ended this story leading to the next installment in the series. I highly recommend
Knight of My Dreams which can be read as a stand alone, but is probably better if you
want the whole story to get the other books in the My Immortal Knight series and read
them.
