female would find their respective match and unite to form a very powerful bond in order to save
mankind from the Evil One determined to destroy all Outsiders and to spread pure evilness
among the world.
This is Kal and Isabelle’s story…
Isabelle Listora always knew that she was different from everyone else. For example, an
unknown voice constantly had mind conversations with her whether she wanted to or not. And,
if that wasn’t enough to bear she couldn’t stand the touch of any man which ultimately put a halt
to any type of male companionship. That was until she met Kal and discovered an entirely new
universe.
A natural born warrior, Kalmari ‘Kal’ Oberan knew that it was his job to always be on the alert for
any type of foul play. But, what Kal wasn’t prepared for was to run upon his mate in danger
especially since he had spent his life believing that she was dead. Will Kal be able to convince
Isabelle to embrace her true heritage in time for them to unite forces before the Evil One
managed to kill one or the both of them?
Rebecca Royce has done a fabulous job with the introduction to her The Outsiders series with
Love Beyond Time. It’s a great start and I look forward to future reads in this series. I was
totally caught up in this awesome wonder created by Ms. Royce. She gave great historical
information so I didn’t feel at all lost pondering how everything came to be. Isabelle proved to
be a top-notch heroine especially after all the horrors she faced once her true heritage was
revealed; while, Kal was a strong, determined and protective hero that I simply fell in love with.
Although, their sexual encounters were told in vanilla fashion the heat showcased between the
couple was sweetly sensational and immensely passionate. Overall, I found Love Beyond
Time to be a pleasant, entertaining story and I can’t wait to get my greedy little hands on the
second installment within this series. Enjoy!
