One and Only:
Brotherhood of Blood Bk.1
Lissa has a small psychic gift that keeps her out of trouble, but when her gift tells her to stay
away from a bus AND follow the man who just boarded it Lissa decides to follow the more
specific call.  Turns out Lissa should have listened to that bad feeling because on the way up
the mountain there is a massive crash which only Lissa and one other passenger survive.
Alone with a man who seems to be a vampire Lissa should be afraid but she isn’t.  Lissa trusts
Atticus enough to freely offer her blood, and body to him to save both their lives.

Atticus is tired of being alone, after years of searching for the woman who will be his One he is
about to give up when Lissa catches his attention.   For the first time in years Atticus wants
more than blood from a woman and that is enough to give him hope and the will to fight for their
survival.  For if Lissa is his One Atticus would have found something worth living another
thousand years for.

Starting with a tension level that will ramp up your emotions
One and Only is a fabulous start to
Ms. D’arc’s
Brotherhood of Blood series.  Lissa is a strong, sensible woman who, except for a
few self image issues at the beginning knows what she wants and doesn’t let anything get in her
way.  Atticus is not your typical alpha vampire.  While still protective he’s less demanding of
Lissa and more likely to bend to accommodate her rather than try to walk all over her.  The sex
is intense and explosive with both a physical and mental component designed to sweep you into
the passion with Lissa and Atticus.  With likeable secondary characters and a deeper
underlying plot I foresee great things in the Brotherhood of Blood series for Ms. D’Arc.

This book has been previously published elsewhere but has been significantly rewritten for
republication.
