Primal Encounter:
Primal Attraction Bk. 3
Dari has been actively seeking her mate but being thrown into a pit with him wouldn’t
have been her first choice. Knowing her pack is coming for her and that they need to
prepare for escape Dari is aware that this isn’t the prime time to give into the mating
urges rushing through her; especially as Rygar stubbornly refuses to accept that Dari
does indeed have a pack looking out for her.
Rygar is determined to protect the lone Zarain woman tossed in with his men for
entertainment. Not that he’s worried they’ll hurt her; a Zarain woman is simply too
precious to risk. All that changes when he catches her scent; and in a single, life
altering moment when he realizes this feisty woman is meant to be his own. To add to
his problems Dari is always getting into some situation designed to stop even a
Shadatai Zarain heart. With danger everywhere they turn and Dari’s heart uncertain
how will this fierce warrior manage to win his Zarian mates heart?
Heart pounding action from the very first page of Primal Encounter quickly draws you
back into the vivid world of the Primal Series. Dari is a strong intelligent woman with
the patience of a saint; she never once pounds Rygar upside the head when he
deserves it. Don’t get me wrong Dari does manage to get her point across without
physical violence creating some situations that just made me smile.
Rygar is an alpha male and as such is prone to over protective pigheadedness.
Despite this he seems to be a little more flexible than some of the other Zarian males
we’ve met other Primal Series books. The sex, fueled by the intense need generated
by new mates, is explosive. Every touch threatens to turn into a full on romp no matter
what the situation Rygar and Dari are in. Even when danger threatens this sensual
intensity is present, taking your breath away with. With a host of lovable secondary
characters and a whole universe full of potential friends and enemies I can only hope
that Ms. Airies isn’t finished with the Primal series yet.
