Summer of the Cougar:
Cougar Challenge
What would you do if you were about to face a big birthday alone.  Larissa Cross is
approaching her fortieth birthday with her children grown and her teaching job over for
the Summer months, and she's been a widow for a long time.  She really is alone, but
there is still fire in her life, and she wants someone to show her how beautiful and sexy
she is.  Its time for Larissa to live life again.  The challenge given by a friend in her erotic
romance book circle has lit a fire inside her and she goes looking for a sexy younger
man to seduce.  This Cougar is set to catch her cub and show him just what she has to
offer.

Larissa's search started out fine, but then her car goes up in flames.  The firemen arrive
quickly, and one of them, JD Harmon, is very interested in the beautiful Larissa.  And
Larissa is just as intrigued with his tattoos and piercings.  He would make the best cub
she could ever want, so she gives him her phone number.  She's thinking it'll just be for
one night, but JD has other intentions.  He wants Larissa to be his forever.  She may be
the cougar stalking a cub, but this cub has desires of his own, and he won't stop until
she is growling to be his.

I enjoyed Larissa's idea for finding a younger man to restart her sex life, but JD's desire
for more than a fling was difficult for her.  This conflict makes the story a little difficult to
read at times.  I thought JD was perfect as the cub.  He's sensitive, loving, creative and
definitely hot in and out of the sack.  I was hooked with his passion for Larissa and how
he helps her to overcome the problem of introducing him to her grown children.

Summer of the Cougar has enough sexual heat, love interest and caring scenes to
overcome the conflict.  It makes a great addition to the
Cougar Challenge series.  Don't
miss out on these stories.
