I was absolutely fascinated with Marisol and Stephan's story from the beginning.
Savannah Stuart has written a captivating story full of intrigue and suspense. I felt myself
wishing that Stephan would just make Marisol his mate. His instinct with Marisol and
sensitivity towards her feelings is absolutely bone melting. The two of them burn up the
sheets in their desire for each other. Their love making is scorching, and the fact that
they're werewolves makes it that much more delectable.
I couldn't put Worth the Risk, book two in the Miami Scorcher series down. The
danger was always present, lurking just within reach, but not quite able to grab Marisol
and Stephan, while Stephan walks the tight rope between being the DEA agent
undercover, trying to woo his mate to him permanently and making her part of his pack.
The intrigue and danger will keep you up until the small hours of the morning. You won't
want to put this book down. I wonder what Savannah Stuart's next book in this series
will be. Hopefully it will be just as action packed and suspenseful as this was. I can't
wait.
